This product is compatible with cars fitted with OEM infotainment system with wired carplay. We did not test on Verna 2019 but it is known to work on the newer Hyundai models.

Yes, the adapter works for calling and there is no certified audio pass through rate that we can share about the device. Having said that it does not reduce the quality as much that you can find any difference between Lossless and Lossy compression.
