7 Days Replacement Policy

Wcarplay apple carplay adaptor is eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different items delivered to you (difference in color will not be entertained for return).

Please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

In the event, the product turns out to be incompatible with your car model, a refund can be issued after deducting a restocking fee of up to 7% of the product value.  

We may contact you to determine the damage or defect in the product or incompatibility of the product with your car before issuing a replacement.

Mode of Refund

• Refund via original payment mode for all prepaid orders.
• Refund in bank account for Cash on Delivery orders.

Refund Timing

Refund can take up to 10 days to get credited in your bank account. once refund is initiated by Wcarplay.in it can take following time to get credited to your bank account. In case your refund is delayed, please connect with us on support@Wcarplay.in.com

Sometimes refund can be delayed, actual refund date will be provided by our customer care specialist, once refund date is confirmed by our customer care specialist refund will be done as Scheduled.

Cancellations

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information,

You may cancel an order before the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

All disputes are subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction. Goods once sold will only be taken back or exchanged as per the Wcarplay.in exchange/return policy. 

Company shall not pay any charges for Legal Notices and will not entertain any legal notices for issues with the orders.

Damaged / Defective Item Policy

Do not accept damaged and tampered courier boxes, if not available at home please guide a person to check the box before accepting the same.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately for the Replacement. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

Warranty

The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. During the product warranty, if your product malfunctions, it will be replaced limited to WCARPLAY.IN’s warranty terms and conditions.

To be eligible for Warranty Program:

• You must be the initial purchaser of the new product from WCARPLAY.IN or one of the authorized dealers.
• Product has been properly maintained, not abused, misused, altered, modified, or repaired.
• Be reported to WCARPLAY.IN within 10 days of discovering the problem.
• All work under warranty must be performed by WCARPLAY.IN.

All returned products must be shipped to our address, We will provide doorstep reverse pickup (** Reverse pickup is only available at major metro cities and reverse shipping charges has to borne by the buyer***), accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.

The purchaser voids this warranty if he, she or others attempt to repair, service or alter the product in any way.

This warranty does not apply in the event of an accident, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, tampering, modification, fire, flood, collision or other damage from external sources, including damage which is caused by user-replaceable parts (faulty usb cables, etc.)

Shipping policy

Usually, we dispatch items within 24 hours after verification, sometimes it can be delayed due to unavoidable situations, currently, we are not providing an estimated delivery date, our team is working on it to provide you exact delivery date, once it gets activated it will be displayed on all products. being a startup some of the orders might get delayed but we are working our level best to provide you fastest delivery.

Wherever you’re from in India, we deliver there. Partnering with various courier partners, we take all the efforts to bring it to your doorstep, no matter where you live in India.

We usually take 2 to 9 days to deliver the product depending on your location.
